Roman Bologov
Finance student at Suffolk University with hands-on experience in equity research, credit analysis, and wealth management. Graduating May 2026.
Finance major at Suffolk University's Sawyer Business School with a Minor in Investments. Graduating Cum Laude with a 3.55 cumulative GPA and 3.81 major GPA. Dean's List recipient, Merit Scholarship awardee, and 2025-2026 Wilcox Fund Top Analyst.
My experience spans equity, credit, and ESG research within wealth management - including a summer at Cambridge Trust where I was credited as a contributing analyst on published reports and co-authored a firmwide white paper on AI in Wealth Management.
Through the 2025-2026 academic year I served as the Communications & IT Sector Equity Analyst for the Suffolk Wilcox Fund and as a Healthcare Sector Analyst for the Suffolk Finance Club's Tremont Fund. In February 2026 I competed alongside teammates at the National Private Equity Pitch Competition at St. John's University, where we built and presented a leveraged buyout analysis on a publicly traded multi-unit operator.
Since 2022 I've managed a personal portfolio focused on long-term ownership of high-quality, compounding businesses, supported by daily Bloomberg news monitoring. I run my own portfolio analytics including returns analysis, style analysis, portfolio optimization, and Brinson-Fachler attribution against the S&P 500.
